"I need someone to pray for me."
Hello, this is Pastor Roland. Would you like me to say a prayer for
you? Send me an email using the contact form below. You must be 18.
Tell me your first name and what you would like me to pray for.
And please give me enough detail so I know what I am to pray for.
I will start praying for you right away.
It is that simple. As soon as I get your request I begin to pray for you.
You must be 18.
If this is an emergency or if you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or others, do NOT contact me. Seek help immediately though other channels. You are not alone. People are standing by to help you. Read advisory
If you are ill, see a physician. For legal or financial matters, consult an attorney or appropriate professional.
If you want me to pray for someone else, be sure to tell me their first name. It is easier for me to pray for someone when I know their first name.
I love the words of this hymn:
What a friend we have in Jesus,
All our sins and griefs to bear!
What a privilege to carry
Ev'rything to God in prayer!
Oh, what peace we often forfeit,
Oh what needless pain we bear,
All because we do not carry
Ev'rything to God in prayer!
Have we trials and temptations?
Is there trouble anywhere?
We should never be discouraged,
Take it to the Lord in prayer:
Can we find a friend so faithful
Who will all our sorrows share?
Jesus Knows our every weakness,
Take it to the Lord in prayer.
"The shortest distance between your problem and a solution is the distance between your knees and the floor."
"Hello, this is Pastor Roland.
Tell me your first name (first name only please) and what you would like me to pray for.
Tell me enough so I know just what to pray for.
I do need to know a first name and the situation you want me to pray for. I do need enough detail about what the issue is so that I know what I am praying for. If you want me to pray for someone else, tell me their first name, what their issue is and what you want me to pray for.
Please note--I cannot always acknowledge your email with an email.
So there is a good chance that I will not respond with an email.
Even though I can't always send an email, I do pray for people as long as the request seems sincere, the person follows the rules, is polite and the request is positive and uplifting for all concerned. I also pray that God's will be done.
I pray one time unless you contact me again and request more prayer.
You must pray too. And don't stop. Forgive others. Forgive yourself. Ask God to forgive you. Pray for others. Ask others to pray for you.
Reach out to people where you are, such as family, friends, your pastor or pastor's wife, school counselors, or your hospital or workplace chaplain. Ask them to pray for you too.
If you are too upset to pray then try my prayer meditation to calm down and get centered. Then pray.
You must be 18. If this is an emergency or you are in crisis, do not contact me. Seek help through other channels. See Advisory
